Did you know it takes fewer muscles to smile than it does to frown?

Sure, most of us smile when we experience joy. However, did you actually know that smiling is a proven cognitive response that triggers the release of endorphins, dopamine, and serotonin—which not only make you feel great but also work as natural pain relievers?

Smiling is also contagious! When you smile, it actually elevates the mood of the people around you and makes you appear more “likable, courteous, and even competent!

In fact, you’re actually better-looking when you smile — and I’m not just trying to butter you up. When you smile, people treat you differently. You’re viewed as attractive, reliable, relaxed, and sincere.

Great power lies in a random smile! Do you need any more reasons to smile today? Didn’t think so! Just smile!

The Dictionary defines an army as a large number of people or things, typically formed or organized for a particular purpose. My purpose with this blog is to organize enough positive energy to hopefully make a difference in people’s lives.
