Saying YES, of course, isn’t easy. In fact, saying NO is often the easiest thing to do and even more convenient.

The way I look at it, saying YES means making the most of every opportunity and encounter. It means taking chances to stretch your comfort zone, to overcome your insecurities, to beat fear, to get through failure, criticism, rejection, and embarrassment with a positive spirit. It essentially means knowing what you need “more” of in your life to help you live your best life.

“Yes” has magic within it.

For me, every time I’ve said yes…even when I didn’t know how it would turn out, I’ve had the most incredible experiences. Yes, I still struggled. And yes, I was scared to death with my decisions. But the way I look at it, opportunity doesn’t wait for perfect timing. The truth is — there is no perfect timing!

Just recently I said yes to a career opportunity that has radically changed my life for the better and on June 22nd I’ve said YES to one of the scariest experiences. I’m jumping out of a plane to celebrate my birthday this year!!!

Am I deathly afraid of heights…HELL YES…but I’m more afraid of not experiencing everything life has to offer. So yeah…I said YES!

I think Richard Branson said it best, “If someone offers you an amazing opportunity to do something and you’re not sure you can do it, say yes. Then learn how to do it later.”

What are you saying YES to today?

The Dictionary defines an army as a large number of people or things, typically formed or organized for a particular purpose. My purpose with this blog is to organize enough positive energy to hopefully make a difference in people’s lives.
