I love to read. I find it one of the most powerful gifts I can give myself because written words can be incredibly powerful, insightful, inspiring, adventurous and even motivating.

This is also the case when words are spoken. In fact, our spoken words are more powerful than you can imagine. Words can be used compassionately as encouragement, or destructively to hurt or humiliate. So, it’s important to choose them wisely because emotions are attached to them.

The words we use, especially when spoken repeatedly, can deepen our feelings and ultimately become our experience.

Jeff Brown said, “Words – so powerful. They can crush a heart or heal it. They can shame a soul or liberate it. They can shatter dreams or energize them. They can obstruct the connection or invite it. They can create defenses or melt them. We have to use words wisely.”

Are you ready to take a moment before you speak and shift your words to regularly using more positive words that will not only make you feel better but those around you?

What words are you choosing today?

The Dictionary defines an army as a large number of people or things, typically formed or organized for a particular purpose. My purpose with this blog is to organize enough positive energy to hopefully make a difference in people’s lives.
